DELIVERY & RETURN POLICY
Once your credit card is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email from us. In general, orders are processed 1-2 business days. Once processed you will receive your order within 3-7 business days.(Except pre-order items)
Sometimes, it doesn’t fit. We understand! We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of purchase for the full price items. We charge 10% restocking fees, which will be deducted from your refund.
Original tag must be attached.
The items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund amount to be reflected on your bank account. Non-clothing items must be unopened and in their original packaging. Shoes must be returned in the original box or case. All bedding, dishware, cutlery, hair accessories, stuffed toys, knitwear, underwear, socks, and tights are final sale.
We do not cover return shipping costs. Please request a return via email in order to return an item.
